Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice, rinse and set aside.
1 cup diced taro.
1/2 cup coarsely chopped shiitake mushroom.
1/4 cup dried prawns, soak in water and coarsely chop.
1 cup thinly sliced shallots.
2 stalks spring onion, finely chop.
1 stalk cilantro, finely chop.
1/2 tsp sea salt.
