These are Chinese Prosperity Cupcakes, known as Fa Gao (mandarin), Fa Koh (Cantonese) or Huat Kuih (Hokkien). Everyone should find an opportunity to eat this cupcake, particularly on New Year day, birthday... to enhance his/her luck. This recipe make about 30 baby cupcakes, they are about an inch diameter.
