Kids love this Peranakan Style Fried Chicken. Keep it simple, serve them with steam rice and cucumber slices.
Ingredients:
2 chicken thigh, remove bone and cut into strips
2 dashes of white pepper
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Mix all ingredients together and marinade chicken.
Heat pan, add in marinated chicken when hot.
Stir fry
