Mushroom Pea Pot

Real simple and easy recipe. You can get them cook within 15 minutes!





Ingredients
300g (8oz) sugar snap peas, remove ends
8 button mushroom, slice
1 tsp mince garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce (use vegetarian oyster sauce if necessary)

Heat pan, add oil when hot.
Stir fry garlic for 30s, add mushrooms and peas and continue stirring for about 2 minutes.
Dish out and serve hot.
