Indian Crepes, they are more well known as Apom Manis. They are cooked in the same way as Indian Appam, but Apom Manis are sweet and you don't need to served them with curry.
They were my childhood favorite. My Mom has never made them though. She doesn't need to because we can conveniently buy them from the Indian hawkers for 10 cents a piece.
My children are craving for them now but we don't
