If you can get fresh catch out of the great lakes you shou like this recipe.

Ingredients
1 filleted Coho salmom, Chinook, Lake trout, brown trout, or Menomeniee ,a mess.<( Theese guys are hard to catch)
1 onion, halved and julienned.
3 tbsps. butter, 1 tbsp. oilive oil.
1tbsp. parsley.
1/2 tsp. paprika.
1 lemon, halved and sliced into wedges 1/8 thick.
1 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. pepper.
Directions
Fillet fish and debone if fresh caught.
Make an aluminum foil drip proof pouch to hold the fish and seasonings.
Salt and pepper both sides of fish.
place fish in pouch
Add butter and olive oil
squeeze lemon over top and place slices on top of fish.
Add onion slices,paprika, and parsely
Seal packet and grill on barbeque for about 7 minutes on high heat
