Fried Bananas
A refreshing curry accompaniment.
Ingredients :
3 large bananas
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup peanut oil
How to make :
1. Peel bananas, slice thickly on an angle, combine with coconut.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add banana, stir-fry over low heat until heated through and coconut begins to brown.
Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : 3 minutes
Serves 4
